Avaya has acquired part of Nortel Product Line and made some big changes.
They have announced End of Sale for CICS and MICS as well as the Call Pilot Voicemail.
To continue supporting our customers, we have stocked large inventory of Norstar MICS and CICS systems, parts, phones and voicemail as well as many other components.
If you are familiar with Norstar you can easily transition to the BCM Product Line.
You can still program the phone system and voicemail through the phone or through a computer. The programming codes are almost identical and the Norstar phones are compatible.
They have also rebranded Nortel BCM as Avaya BCM. The programming of Avaya BCM will not change at all and is very similar to the Norstar Systems in many ways.
